The aggregate material:
The contact with material part is high-quality stainless steel SUS316L, outside and middle jacket are stainless steel SUS304, all the stainless steel polished in 300MESH.
The emulsifying pot with three layers are making of three layers, the thickness is 8mm of contact with material, the thickness 8mm of middle level, outside layer is 8mm.
The oil pot and the water pot that the thickness is 6mm of contact with material, the thickness 4mm of middle level, outside layer is 4mm.
The Vacuum system: Gardner Denver Nash pump the power is 3kw.
The Hydraulic system: Oil cylinder, actuator, Solenoid valve, oil tank, pressure retaining valve
