4- Bottom discharg completed with Sanitary valve
5- Jacket are made of SUS AISI 304, 5 mm completed with steam inlet / outlet ports, cooling
Water inlet & outlet ports
6- Jacketing parts are insulated with mineral wool and dressing with SUS AISI 404, 3mm
7- Dish cover are completed with 8 ports such as manhole with sight glass port, lighting port,
DI water inlet port, cleaning port with spray ball, level switch port, spare port & Agitator port,
8- Agitator is gate type with paddles driven by 3 phase, 4pole, 50HZ, 4kw gear motor
Adjustable speed by using a direct torque inverter control unit
9- Four sets of baffle plate made of SUS AISI 316 fixed vertically in the tank
10- Electrical control unit comprised of agitator start / stop, speed control, level control,
Temp control, inverter heating / cooling, power equipments and all safety
